Solutions limited operate several websites in both the business to
business and business to consumer environment. The company provides
goods and services to the UK and international locations.

Business to Business transactions: (Where our customers are
companies, not individuals)
All trading on a business to business level is carried out on an
individual quoted basis and are covered in the individual terms and
condition in each quotation. Delivery terms, Payment and transaction
currencies, cancellation, suitability of use and warranties are itemised
on a case-by-case basis.
Business to consumer transactions: (Where our customers are
individuals)
We try to ensure you are satisfied with our goods and services and so
try to comply in all cases with best practice from the sector in which
we operate, which can often exceed legal requirements. We comply with
legislation where required and undertake to act in a fair, proper and

Business to Consumer
Website Use
Our websites are designed to provide
information to our customers, and to allow them to transact and purchase
on-line. The websites are free to use under the conditions outlined
below. The website is viewed over the internet and as such you must
accept the risks associated with that.
Copyright Notice & Intellectual Property
None of our websites can be reproduced or copied without the express
written permission of U4Global Solutions Limited. Specific pages or
product details may be stored locally on a computer or printed but not
be distributed for commercial use.
Errors and Omissions
Every care is taken to ensure correct details and pricing are published
at all times but errors may occur either technically or typographically.
U4Global has the right to amend any errors as soon as they are noticed
or notified to them and the company retains the right to cancel any
orders or transactions involving such errors. Should errors be noticed
then please feel free to contact us immediately.
Products
Images and Specification
Whilst every care is taken to ensure all images and specifications are
correct errors do occur for either technical or typographical reasons.
Where sample pictures are substituted for real images to give an
impression of goods or services then we will say so.
Payment
A variety of payment methods are provided and some may be in foreign
currencies as we have UK £ Sterling, US Dollar $ and Euro € accounts.
We can provide pro-former invoicing where required and can give you
details of wire transfer instructions. Credit card transactions are also
possible on our website.
Delivery and non-delivery
We endeavor to provide good quality customer service, but all delivery
times are estimates until confirmed at time of shipment. For goods out
of stock we expect a lead time of no more than 2 weeks.
Any lead-time issues will be highlighted at time of order. We
utilise on-line tracking from our delivery partners where possible and
we will try to oblige any request you may have. Should additional costs
over and about that itemised either on the quotation or be caused by
others then we will not be held liable for these and expect the customer
to cover these additional costs. Such costs can arise, but are not
limited to, goods being returned to us or requiring addition delivery
charges caused by the delivery not being possible by the courier or
delivery service.
Warranty
and suitability
The goods are provided in good faith against the specification and
should be free from manufacturing defects. We cannot take any liability
in terms of fit for purpose or suitability of use. Should you have any
reason to suspect that the goods are not free from manufacturing defects
then you should notify us immediately on receipt and at worst case no
later than 48 hours from receipt. We reserve the right to either replace
or repair the goods as well as the option to cancel the order. We also
may request digital photographs or independent proof that the goods are
damaged.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
You may return your goods to us or cancel the order for a full refund
with 7 days at your cost and only if the goods are in the condition they
received, i.e. “as-new”, unopened and undamaged, with original
packaging and packed to avoid any damage.
Refunds will be actioned in the manner the payment was received
and will not exceed 30 days of receipt of the goods back at our
premises. We recommend you use a recorded method of shipment. You will
be notified of receipt of the good at our premises. Return to our
premises will be at your cost and will only be accepted if a valid
returned goods authorisation number is provided prior to shipment to us
which is to be itemised on all correspondence accompanying the shipment.
Promotions and Offers
From time to time we may run special promotional offers. All promotions
and offers will have their own terms and conditions associated with them
and will be made available at the time of the offer.
Liability:
In all cases our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods.
U4Global solutions cannot be held liable for non-performance of products
supplied or for any technical issues that may arise from your hardware
or connectivity provider or any incompatibility of software. U4Global
Solutions Limited cannot be held liable to you or any third party for
consequential and incidental damages loss of revenue or profits or any
additional expenses however caused. Our acceptance of an order takes
place at the time of shipment of goods or the commencement of a service.
Force Majure:
Under no circumstances can U4GlobalSolutions limited be held responsible
for any delays, or commitments with causes out with our control.
Change
of Terms:
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to
time without notice. You should check the terms and conditions before
transacting on our websites. Transacting on our websites implies
acceptance in full of out terms and conditions of business.
Registration for an account and Account Cancellation
To
register for an account you must be aged 18 years or over. We reserve
the right to cancel or suspend any user name and account or individual
or company for whatever reason.
Credit and Identity Checking:
Should we deem it necessary for whatever reason we reserve the right to
check credit ratings or other information to avoid any fraudulent or
high-risk transactions. Any action taken will be confidential in nature
and will remain private.
Privacy
and Security
Any information we hold on you will be held privately and confidentially
and will not be made public or shared with third parties outside our
immediate business needs. All information is stored securely and only
accessible to designated personnel within our organisation or known
third parties and is only used for the purposes it is stored. You must
accept all the risks associated with transactions over the internet.
We don not store or retain any credit card details supplied, we
only store the details you provide during your “create account”
action, ie Name address, delivery address contact number and email
address.
We have experience in data security and as such have put in place the
necessary business security and continuity programs to ensure not only
service levels but also your peace of mind. However, we cannot be held
responsible or liable for breaches in security by you, or your
colleagues however caused. Breaches by the customer are in terms of
password or login divulgence to any third party however caused.
YOU MUST NOT DIVULGE YOUR PASSWORD AND-OR LOGIN DETAILS TO ANYONE YOU
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ORDERS ISSUED UNDER YOUR USERNAME AND-OR
PASSWORD.
BE AWARE OF PHISHING OR OTHER FRAUDELENT ACTS.
Should you be suspicious or receive any emails or phone calls which
may appear to be from us requesting login details then please ignore
them and contact us immediately for our investigation.
We cannot stress how importantly we treat your security.

Party Services:
From time to time we may promote third party services or provide a link
to their website. Whilst we take care only to recommend or link to
reputable suppliers we cannot be held responsible for content held on
websites outside of out control.
Applicable Law:
The terms and conditions shall be governed and constrained by the laws
of England and any disputes will be decided in accordance with English
law.
International Use:
Whilst we endeavor to make goods and service available to everyone,
we can only ensure compliance to UK law and decency guidelines. We make
no representational than any of our goods, information on our website or
any other service is legal in the country you are located or could be
viewing our web pages from. If you choose to view our websites from any
other location outside the United Kingdom then you do so on your own
initiative and we would recommend you consider local laws of the country
you are viewing from.
